We stayed for a night and the location was pretty good. There was extra parking in the back for our trailer, which was a big help. The room was kinda smoky though, and it could’ve used some more upkeep. Breakfast was decent with typical options like donuts and cereal.

It was just a strong match for resting at all in Fort Smith with value for money. We had to deal with a room on the second floor despite asking for ground floor due to knee issues. Make sure to insist on your room type during check-in.
